Tor™ Spherical Mips are developed for those practitioners who place the highest demands on safety and function. Spherical Mips is a further development of existing Mips and has a unique solution with two shells of Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) which provides high shock absorption capacity of both small and large crashes. The inner shell moves spherically inside the outer shell and provides increased relative range of motion, which counteracts rotational force on the brain. The result is a very comfortable fit with effective shock absorption and an impact-resistant outer shell.

Spherical Technology
Sophisticated further development of the existing MIPS® System that protects the brain against the rotation that occurs in a crash. MIPS® can significantly increase safety and the documented effect is medically proven. In this design, two shells of Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) are used, of which the inner shell moves spherically and gives 10-15 mm relative movement distance.
In Form 2 Fit System
The In Form 2 system is lighter and lower than the original. The helmet is adjusted with high precision for an individual fit, even with gloves on. The advanced vertical setting function On-The-Fly can be adjusted to varying main shapes and makes room for most goggles without giving a gap.
Fidlock® Magnetic Buckle Closure
Fidlock® Magnetic is an automated buckle for helmets. Strong magnets bring the buckle parts together automatically and with the snap function they are locked in the right position.
MIPS® Multi-directional Impact Protection System
The helmet has an integrated MIPS® System that can significantly increase safety against the rotation that occurs in a crash. Rotational violence against the brain can cause the most serious brain damage. Mips can significantly increase safety and the documented effect is medically guaranteed. With MIPS®, the outer part and inner part can slide relative to each other, reduce rotation and counteract damage to the head and brain. Tests and studies show that MIPS® significantly reduces the force and reduces the risk of serious brain damage.
