Shipment

After receiving the order, our goal is to send your item within the next 1-6 working days. Some products that are only sold online may take a little longer before we send them away. Our policy is to always deliver the bike completely assembled so that you as a consumer can feel safe. We therefore send bicycles, skis and parts with DHL, Bring or Bussgods Sverige, well packaged so that you can pick up at the nearest DHL / Bring / Bussgods representative as quickly and safely. Exceptions for children's bicycles up to 16 ″ (inches) that are bought in cardboard and thus cheaper shipping. Children's bicycles are not mounted!

What applies to a bicycle that is "Mounted" is as follows. You as a customer only need to screw on the front wheel, mount pedals, and turn and tighten the handlebars. As this can not be mounted due to shipping. Instruction guide always included.

Regarding delivery of ski equipment within Sweden, it is always sent with home delivery.
Orders sent abroad are picked up at the nearest collection point.

Return - Extended return right of 30 days for orders placed between 20/11-23/12

The return form must always be completed and sent together with the item(s) to be exchanged or returned. It is important that you fill it in correctly, it is better to fill in too much information than too little. or via email to [email protected] It is important that you include the order number in all your communication with us. It is also very important that you write a telephone number that we can reach you during the day in case we have any questions regarding your return.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping. When returning bulky packages (bicycles, skis or packages that have the longest side over 120 cm), please contact [email protected] for return shipping note. It is also possible to use your own return shipping.

When exchanging, you should place a new order for the desired product.

Pack the items
Pack the items you want to return properly, do not send them directly in the original box, and seal the package with tape. If you use the same box as you got it in, paste the return shipping note on top of the old shipping note. Feel free to write the order number on the package.

We will refund you as soon as we have received your return. Please note that it can take 1-3 days before the money is in your account. If it is a change, we will send the new product immediately.
For all email communication regarding exchanges / returns / inquiries, enter your order number as the subject of the message in the email. Returns should be sent as a postal package, to companies never as registered mail.

RETURN POLICY

We comply with the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises. You have a right of withdrawal for 14 days, counted from the day you received the item but extended period of 30 days for orders placed between 20/11-23/12. Returned goods must be unused and in new condition with original label and in original undamaged packaging.

Unredeemed packages are NOT covered by the right of withdrawal. For ordered, but not collected goods, you are charged as a consumer for the sum of your ordered goods and the shipping fee, round trip.

The right of withdrawal is not applied to new skis where we have mounted the bindings with a drill as this counts as a special order.
