Baskets

Bicycle basket is one korg which is used as luggage space on bicycles. Bicycle basket is usually mounted on the handlebar or the package holder. They are made of different materials such as plastic, however metall is most common.

Basket on the handlebars is more common on older bikes. Partly because newer bikes often have brakeAnd gear hoses sitting in the way. Another reason is that it has become more common with bicycle bags and ACP.

Some baskets have thin metal rods with large openings so that the headlight should be able to shine through. However, since the headlight can be in the way when packing the basket, it is also common for the lamp to be mounted on the front fork instead.
