The newly developed Aries™ Spherical is the most advanced premium helmet from Giro. The smaller shape provides sensational comfort and cooling effect. Spherical Technology™ is integrated with Mips® which provides extended protection and progressive dual density layers of Nanobead EPS foam provide more efficient energy management.
The helmet is cooled by 24 channels with the reinforcement of the AURA Reinforcement Arch as well as a network of intricately designed, deep internal channels. Ionic+, a comfortable plush increases comfort and antimicrobial treatment counteracts odors. Size is adjusted with Roc Loc® 5+ Air Fit system.

Roc Loc® 5+ Air Mips
Revolutionary fit system that improves cooling, fit and stability. The Roc Loc® 5+ Air Mips use a patented design that lifts the helmet slightly allowing airflow to pass directly over the head. It increases ventilation and the inner channel ventilates the warm air from the helmet. In the same way as the Roc Loc® 5, tension and inclination can be quickly adjusted with a one-handed grip.
Spherical Technology™
Unique construction with two separate layers that move independently of each other and redirect the impact force in the event of a crash.
MIPS® Multi-directional Impact Protection System
The helmet has integrated MIPS - Multi-directional Impact Protection System - which protects the brain against the rotation that occurs in the event of a crash. The rotational violence against the brain can cause the most serious brain injuries. With MIPS, the outer and inner parts can slide relative to each other, reducing rotation and preventing injuries to the head and brain. Tests and studies show that MIPS significantly reduces force and reduces the risk of a serious brain injury.
As a rule, the helmet must be replaced after an external impact, such as a bicycle accident.
