The characteristics of the all-mountain ski

Most all-mountain skis have a waist of 90-110 millimeters. This is what makes them versatile and that you can ride the whole mountain. Get the skis on edge in cutting turns on piste runs or get a good flow in untracked snow. Go where you want and when you want with the same pair of skis. 

If you want a more piste-oriented ski, you should look at skis with a waist measurement under 90 millimeters. The turning radius on all-mountain skis is usually between 16-25 meters. In this way, you can turn nicely and calmly in larger turns, but also that you can press the skis into shorter cutting turns. 

The typical all-mountain ski's rocker profile has a form of traditional camber underfoot. It gives the ski good properties on hard surfaces, which you can encounter both on piste slopes and in a really icy couloir in the off-piste. Then you can combine the span under the foot with either rocker in both the front and back end (tip and tail rocker or more illustratively with mustache rocker) or only in the front end (tip rocker.
