Atomic (Atomic Austria GmbH) i Altenmarkt im Pongau i Austria is a manufacturer of ski equipment (both alpine and cross-country). Atomic is owned by Finnish American Sports.

Atomic was founded by Alois Rohrmoser in 1955 under the name Skifabrik Rohrmoser. The company grew strongly during the 1960s when an industrial manufacture of skis started in Wagrain. In 1967, 17 pairs of skis were manufactured and in 000 the number was up to 1969. In 72, production was expanded when a second factory was built in Altenmarkt. In 000, production began in Chepelare, Bulgaria. Atomic was thus the first western country to open a factory in an eastern block country.

In the early 1990s, the company ran into financial difficulties and went bankrupt. In 1994, the company was bought by Amer Sports, which also owns Salomon. Today, the company manufactures approximately 600 pairs of skis per year.
