Cykel Experten Malmö follows Swedish rules & laws so that you as a consumer can feel safe.

Agreement on purchase

When you as a customer have placed your order, and it has been confirmed by Cykel Experten Malmö to the e-mail address you provided when ordering, you have confirmed the purchase and thus accepted these terms. Completed purchase means that you agree to the name and social security number being registered in our customer register. You must be 18 years of age to shop on the Cykel & Skid expert's website. You can only shop with us if you have a delivery address in Sweden. We handle peson information according to PUL, which means that we do not spread any information further. We report all false orders and attempted fraud to the police.

2 years purchase security

As a consumer, you are of course welcome to use our 2-year purchase security. Wherever you live in Sweden. You as a consumer are then responsible for the shipping. It is also possible to make all parts from 2 years of purchase security in our store in Malmö.

Payment & Invoice Information

Net Checkout

Nets Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best.

A feature of Nets Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with Net's invoice or Net's account - or by card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe.

By entering or requesting information in Nets Checkout, you agree to our terms of use and our use of your personal information as set out below.

Return Policy

If you have shopped at the Cykel & Skid expert and regretted it within 14 days of the purchase, you can change or cancel your purchase. In order for the right of withdrawal to apply, you as a consumer must contact us within these 14 days from the time of purchase. The right of withdrawal applies if the product is kept in unchanged condition. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ON REAVARES.

Unredeemed packages are NOT covered by the right of withdrawal. For ordered, but not collected goods, you are charged as a consumer for the sum of your ordered goods and the shipping fee, round trip.

Shipping and refund

If you regret your purchase, you as a consumer are responsible for the shipping (return). Refund will be made no later than 14 days after we receive your return.

Complaints and Warranty

As a consumer, you have a 2-year guarantee on Bicycles. Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and applies to the product itself, not any consequential damage.

As a consumer, 3 years right to make a complaint. A complaint is only when something is damaged on the product itself, ie not normal wear and tear. Complaints to Cykel Experten Malmö must be made as soon as the error is discovered at the company's email address [email protected]. Cykel Experten Malmö follows the General Complaints Court's recommendations in the event of a dispute. In the event of an approved complaint, Cykel Experten Malmö is responsible for the cost of shipping.

Shipment

After receiving the order, we aim to send your item within the next 6 working days, unless otherwise notified to you. If the product you have ordered is marked "On web stock", we usually do not have that product in a physical store and it will be sent to you from another warehouse. If you have ordered the product with the shipping option "Pick up in our physical store" then you first need to receive a notification from us on the specified email "Your order is ready" and then the product can be picked up.

Shipping

Our policy is to always deliver the bike completely assembled so that you as a consumer can feel safe. We therefore send bicycles, skis and parts with Postnord or Bussgods Sverige, well packaged so that you can be picked up as quickly and as safely as possible at the nearest DHL / Bussgods representative. Exceptions for children's bicycles up to 16 ″ (inches) that are bought in cardboard and thus cheaper shipping. Children's bicycles are not mounted!

What applies to a bicycle that is "Mounted" is as follows. You as a customer only need to mount pedals, as well as turn the handlebars and in some cases mount on the front wheels. As this can not be mounted due to shipping. An assembly guide is always included.

Shipping options are selected in the shopping cart. The item can be picked up in our physical store or get sent. Bicycles / Skis can be sent with alternatives nearest agent and home delivery. For bicycles that cost more than SEK 9999, shipping costs are not charged. This does not apply to sale goods and home delivery alternatives. Example: If you buy a bicycle that costs SEK 11000 and choose home delivery, you can approve orders with shipping costs, but we only charge you SEK 400, however, the full price for home delivery is SEK 800.

Any errors and final sales in published material

We at Cykel Experten Malmö reserve the right to correct any errors in the stock level, product text, images and prices on the website afterwards. Images on the website can not be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance. We also reserve the right to change prices and final sales without prior notice. This may be due to currency changes, price changes from suppliers and technical errors on the website.
